I usually get 18mg juice if I order shop-bought, but now I'm mixing, I'm going to try some sub-10mg flavours just to see what the difference is - at £1 tops for 10ml, I think I can afford to make a few mistakes and it may turn out OK. I have used some 4mg White Chocolate Ice Cream from Health-e-Vape, and that tastes delicious, and does me for a quiet evening in front of the TV. After an hour or so I need a chug on something a bit stronger for a couple of minutes to fix me up, then back to the low-nic. I'll let you know how I get on! Andy

I thought i'd found heaven with zero mint choc chip... definitely one my favourite flavours...
Found I wanted a different juice or worse... the stinkies!
Ive got a mix of strengths now - but funnily enough I find myself reaching for the 18mg juices - flavour not a factor.
18mg hits the spot for me.

ok thanks Interesting how too low a level starts the craving for a bigger hit, I suppose its trial and error see what suits me and it may be a combo. Tom I hope you got your mint choc chip in 18mg!
Andy let us know how you get on with the sub 10mg ones, they might be enough whereas the 4mg was just a touch too low.

I find it handy to have a selection of strengths on the go Ragmo, low nic for when I'm at home and able to chain vape ( a particular passion of mine ) . . . and some higher strengths for work and the like, where I can't have unlimited access to a lovely vaping session. Me too Perps. I can sometimes go up to between 4-5 hours at work without a vape so have to have some fairly high nic to keep the cravings at bay...

I will probably be like that although at the moment I'm thinking 18mg is too much for more than a few vapes at any one time. It's a steep learning curve!
Incidentally I've changed my user name because I kept thinking it was a spelling mistake and it was getting on my nerves!

Hi, +1 on Chrissies post on diluting with glycerine. I get mine from the pharmacy in Sainsburys or BIG Shoes the Chemist. The Chemist is 20p cheaper for 100ml. I also get some food flavourings from the supermarket and to try out the flavour I add a couple of drops to a couple of ml of glycerine. Zero nic but dirt cheap and saves my juice for the flavours that I like. Phil

I tried one and its like drinking it, really weird, was a tropical punch one from the NoNic range. I don't know if its because its fruity flavour and i'm just not used to it or because it has no nicotine or the fact who made it and how they made it.

If I like a flavour, then I pretty much chain vape, so I tend to stick to low nic or no nic so I can just enjoy the taste & vapour.

I have been introducing some no nic into my vaping day, simply because I picked some up and didn't realise and found I didn't even notice. So what I have done, and quite enjoying it is mix myself up 10mls of a few flavours and adding a touch of koolada, it gives a little throat hit. Another is lemon and lime, that is beautiful on its own or added to something else. I still vape my usual stuff inbetween.

I started on 18mg, but found myself ODing as I tend to chain vape, so I have dropped down to 12 or 14 depending on which the vendors have. Ultimately I want to reduce down as far as I can go so I am no longer an nicotine 'addict'......well that's the plan but I DO enjoy vaping possible TOO much Spent far too much this month already to branch out into mixing my own, but pay day is only 11 days away woohoo. I am same as you want to reduce down to nothing eventually. But I do love vaping. I am on 6mg now and have started to mix a little glycerine into it to make it weaker (have added mint falouring to it as I am vaping menthol and can honestly say I dont see any differance). It is only small amounts at the moment will see how it all goes
