Now I know this question's might have been asked before, but I have looked all through this tread and as yet to come up with an answer.
I have received from NicVape 250ml of 50mg UNFLAVORED NICOTINE LIQUID VG, I know must people have ordered 75mg instead, so this might have been a mistake on my end.
So my first question is this have should I have purchased PG instead of VG?
My next question is I normally Vape juices with 18mg or 12mg nicotine content in them, so what percentage of this VG liquid would I require in a 10ml mix?
I have also received from a UK supplier some 54mg but in a PG base, so could I use both of these liquids in a single mix? Or is it best to use just one at a time.
And forgive me if this questions appear silly to some of you, but it's my first venture into the world of mixing.

This is the calculator I use , there are most probably better ones out there but this ones nice and simple ; www.e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe.php

And forgive me if this questions appear silly to some of you, but it's my first venture into the world of mixing. I'm only a beginner myself mixing liquid, but I'm fairly logical with Maths. No reason not to use VG base liquid and then dilute it down with PG liquid unless you want more than 50% VG. I use PG Base, then more PG and just 10% VG at the end. If you want to make 15mg liquid, you're going to need 2.8ml of 54mg base liquid. You could split this 1.4ml of both, but there's not much logic in doing that. You'd be just as well adding just under 6ml of PG to 2.8ml of VG base. Find a calculator, it's the best way. Did you have a PG/VG percentage in mind?

Haha ibalders, an easy mistake to make, I know, I did that recently too! AFAIK no reason why you can't combine your bases using a calculator to make up the strength you require, and mixing PG and VG poses absolutely no problems either - just look at the majority of commercial juices! I also bought VG base instead of PG, and will rectify this next purchase. I've experimented a bit (and now have a grand total of 4 different juice mixes steeping!) and am loving the money-saving aspects of this mixology. I reckon I have enough base to make 120ml of 12mg juice which cost me about £15, equating to about £1.30/10ml - bargain! Keep us posted on your successes, I'm always keen to see where I can improve my recipes and techniques! Andy

I buy vg based nic because flavourings are normal pg based, and i like to get a ratio of around 50/50 in my liquids, i'm not too keen on the throat hit, this is a nice simple calculator i use here

Does this have a 'save' function? I want to make sure that I record all my successes (and failures!) for future reference! Andy

Nothing wrong with 50mg it's what i use, just means more bottles. I also sometimes mix nic vg and pg based. Download and use this ejuice.breaktru.com/ it is very good and simple to use. If you get stuck ask a question and we'll put you right. The screen shot above shows you that if you wanted to combine your different mg nic juice's with one being pg and the other vg. This would give you a nic base of 20ml at 52mg strength 50% pg 50% vg. The boxes where I have put 70 30 would be the outcome so don't get confused with the 50 50 nic strength. If you wanted to make a mix at 50 50 you would enter that where the 70 30 is. hope it helps someone.

Yes the program that I mentioned does save all your Recipe's, as for my flavours, I got some capella Juices from Liberty Flights, and I also got hold of some cupcake juices.
