Hi. I would not use deionised except from a chemist and safe for drinking, as any other is industrially produced and could be contaminated. This is why many use vodka as you know it is safe and also sterile.

Triple distilled pure grain spirit - 37.5%

What does it say on the bottle as some bottles for those wanting distilled water as part of a detox diet.

Try less 1st... I used to use 15% but have recently upped it to 20%. That is 100VG/20Vodka.

I just slosh a good old dollop of Vodka in my VG, until it looks viscous enough to work with Tom. Very little science in my mixing approach . . .

always easier to add than take away, i've used 15% vodka to VG plus 50ml Vodka for me, however got told off by wifey as vodka is hers. She reckons i ought to use my whiskey. tried to explain that using a good malt would just be criminal. Good luck don't forget your flavouring will dilute it down a bit more too

I used to use Vodka, then one day, I couldn't vape any of my juices due to a bad taste. Could be coincidence I guess.
The trouble with automotive products is that they can go in the container as sterile as as sterile thing that's washed it's hands with antibacterial wash for 2 hours per finger. The law does not require the container to protect the contents from that moment on. In theory, if you were making 100 litres of e-liquid, you could probably use it all in one go with no problem. I guess the ideal would be to buy some small bottles and open them as necessary.

I take 85ml of VG and add 15ml of Vodka and stick it in a separate bottle, ready to use for my next mix.
