Endocrinologist commented on it last week but just asked whether I've always been thin, which I have. I'm not eating much because I don't have much appetite.

Some people (not me) do lose weight when hypo due to a lack of appetite. are your bloods showing you need to decrease your dose?

I've been overmedicated all along because they want to keep the TSH very low. It has just been reduced to 125mcg. I enjoy flavoured milk drinks so lots of milk & bananas & soups among the shopping arriving tomorrow. Oh & probiotic drinks because I've been taking antibiotics for a urine infection. Bloods & urine sample due Monday to check for diabetes, blood sugars, liver & kidneys. I'm beginning to think NHS are stealing my blood as they seem to want so much of it

Hope the reduction helps you a bit! I don't feel well unless my TSH is very low, which can cause a few raised eyebrows with certain Docs.
I'm due yearly bloods next month, so am starting to reduce my dose slightly in readiness!

How about aqua aerobics classes , a gentle one, the water takes the weight of your body , even just bobbing in the water may help Yes, I have already thought of this. I love swimming and being in the water. When i lived in Sydney our apartment block had its own pool and i swam nearly everyday. Did wonders keeping me fit along with my postie round in the mornings. I did think it would be impossible now i am disabled because i cannot get up or down the steps into the pool, but my dughter took the kids swimming last week and discovered they have a special hoist to lower disabled people in and out which made me very excited! Once i get the car I shall go at least a couple of times a week. Might even see if they have any aquarobics classes they could adapt to my problems.
