I'm a newbie to vaping but oh boy am I feeling a million dollars better from all angles. I can breathe, I don't cough, I have energy O.H and I have a Ego T CE5 starter kit and we are more than happy with it. BUT you pesky lot have written lots of interesting posts and put up some great pics. Which is now wetting our appetite for more. OH fancys a pipe just for the shape! Which sort is popular? Do you use same e liquid in them? Are they easy to maintain? I fancy a Vamo are there any major draw backs? Are they easy to maintain? Ive just read a few threads by Romlee and others, they seem to be going back to a similar kit to mine. Am I better off sticking to what I got for now rather than chasing the shinny things. As the saying goes, if its not broke don't fix it

I also fancy a pipe, but I also like my novas, and as far as I can see the decent pipes all use cartomisers. If you haven't tried cartomisers I'd get some of them first.
I love my stainless steel Vamo, I think it is a lot better than my ego, but it is huge and weighs a ton. I don't take it out anywhere. Word is that the chrome peels off the chrome ones, ans you want V2 (or later I suppose) not v1.
If you do get a vamo then I'd also get something to use on it which it can drive better than a ego would, like a LR 306 atty to try juices with.
But if you want to celebrate vaping success by treating yourself to something, I'd get some different juices and maybe a vivi nova to try before moving on to a vamo.

I know of someone on a different forum who would be able to make you a pipe that uses a Vivi Nova - I'm getting one next month PM me if you're interested and I'll give you the details.

If you can cope with the size and look of it the Vamo is excellent value and gives you the flexibility to try different power settings etc. You would have to invest in a decent charger and some batteries but that pays off in the long run. There are plenty of nice pipes you can get, depending on what you want to pay! If you get one with an eGo connection you can use a clearomiser on it. There is a very nice selection here for instance: www.epipemods.com/

I received my Vamo last week and love it. It works well with my vivi nova but I also bought a Igo-L rebuildable dripping atomiser which seems to enhance the flavours. It is too big to take out and about so I still use my rivas but when I'm home I'm in vaping heaven. Good tip from Dave about needing a 510 to eGo adaptor for connecting clearomizers. Luckily I bought an adaptor for my lavatube which now just sits there doing nothing.
