There is a thread in the 'campaigning' forum that needs to be seen. Some thoughtful member has contacted his MP about the proposed regulation of vaping products and he has posted a very useful reply from the DeptOfHealth (Minister responsible for tobacco policy) which gives an opportunity (email, Facebook, etc) for us to make our own voices and opinions heard.

I've posted on the link you posted Vital, but it seems that the way to get round this is to sell batteries, cartos/clearos and e-liquid as separate entities. Just don't package them as an "e-cigarette". It's a joke ruling that will be impossible to enforce.

They want to control E-Cigs as some form of standardisation, but to the extent that many on this forum understand E-Cigs it won't make a blind bit of difference, due to the fact that most people on here do not buy/use "E-Cigarettes". They buy/use components that could be used to constitute one, but that is not even on the radar.
