Swift update from me . . . I've recieved all the atomisers that people want to send back today. So tomorrow I'll get them posted back to China.
I'll then PM Di with the info she has requested, she is being quite accomodating . . . so I shall endeavour to secure the best outcome for everyone with my proposition to her.

I don't believe that will happen Raggy . . . Di has given her personal assurance on the largest vaping forum in the world that we will be looked after, the number of views that the thread has had tells me that people are looking in to see how matters are progressing . . . . imagine the damaging publicity if there was a change of heart. Our time frame for a PP dispute doesn't expire until the 29th of this month, EM should recieve the atomisers back in the next 5 - 7 days . . . . have faith Raggy. Hi Di, The atomisers have been posted back tracked shipping to David today, so I've now got all the information to give you, but before I do, I'd like to say a huge thank you to yourself and Selina for dealing with the problem we've had in such friendly and helpful manner . . . so the info is as follows . . . Original Order Number 6517, on which we ordered a total of 27 packs of LR901's, I've recieved back 20 packs from members so they are on their way . . . Tracking Number RJ522004780GB, this parcel cost £12.54 to post. The individual breakdown for each member with UK postage to me is as follows: Member Atomiser Quantity RM Postage ************************************* Not Returned ******************************************* **** lives in **** and his parcel took almost 3 weeks to reach him in the first instance and he doesn't want to hold anyone up by sending them back to me, the other good folk have decided to cut their losses on this . . . but I wonder if there is anything you could do to help them on this? Selina did kindly agree to refund rather than replace these atomisers, not least because people have now had to purchase supplies in the UK in the interium time, additionally I hope I won't appear ungrateful with respect to your much appreciated offer of a gift card for postage, but it will give me quite a job to administer on our next order with you, so again I wonder if there is anything you are able to do? It would just be so much easier if we could start afresh on our next order but I am of course in your hands. Thank you again Di for all your help. Kind Regards

Just wiping in with a swift update, before having summat to eat and going into raptures over our 'facelift'. Di is personally covering our collective postage costs on our returned atomisers, which I think is extraordinarly decent of her, she is going to PP me the money . . . if everyone is happy, I'll await the main refund from Selina and refund everyone individually rather than doing the job twice and giving myself alot of extra work. Perps I'd rather you hung onto mine as I bank transferred, don't want you having to mess around with PP. If you're happy with that, just keep a note and then I can send you the rest when we decide where we're going to order from

More than happy to do that Dee, if that's ok with you . . . I shall need to put a 'creative' note to anyone I send a PP gift payment to or maybe even send cheques, as there's going to be a number going out and I'd rather not incur PP's displeasure.

Raggy it's looking very much like they don't have 'real' ones. I think they are going to come very unstuck if they are going to continue shipping out this rubbish.
I don't know how many suppliers in the UK and US buy from Eastmall but I think there're going to be heaps of problems for those that do!
It's amazing how quickly everyone stopped selling the cheap carto's that I bought from GH1, they were absolute rubbish too.
I've already found that a couple of companies don't appear to have LR901's in stock, now I'm only assuming but it's very possible that they've been burned with these too and had to remove them from sale???
