I have done the punching myself in the past but to be honest I just make a mess of it.

Wayne, if you order them from LF and there is a message box at checkout ask them how many holes you want the cartomizers to have, last batch i got some had one hole and some had more

I has plenty of flanged cartos and decent DCTs all bought from HC 

That other one is going in the bin once I've sucked it dry!
