I've done a fair few. Once they are wound, I squeeze the coils gently together with some tweezers to make sure the overall width is not too wide and fits nicely in the gap.
I did try saving the extra protective sleeve, but failed, and besides, it's a bit too dirty to keep.

Ladies, Gents, Anyone re-coiled a head for the viva nova? If so have you any tips. Got my wire & wick from www.stealthvapes.com & all ready to proceed. stealthvapes.com doesn't seem to exist. Did you mean www.stealthvape.co.uk/ ? They've got some amazing pictures of wire on there....like magnified a million times or something....  |
