I much prefer Vaping than smoking I actually enjoy Vaping where as smoking for me was more of a habit enjoy and don't be afraid to ask

Hi Ive got exactly the same kit and loving it, cant believe how good vaping is, my bro in law not had a roll up for a week and thats amazing! Im still having a couple a day but hoping to knock them on the head cos im not really enjoying them. So my goal this week is to just stick to my ecig!

Toffeepops, don't worry about having the odd stinky analogue. Cutting down is still very good. I doesn't matter whether you smoked 5 a day or 50 a day an addiction to nicotine can be different in people. The person smoking 5 a day may not be able to function without having those 5 whilst the person smoking 50 may be able to have only 30 some days without feeling terrible. I used a book by Allen Carr 'The only way to stop smoking' last time I quit and it was easy, stayed smoke free for 8/9 years til hubby decided he didn't want to be a married man any more and told me between Christmas and New Year 2011, bad timing, 1st thing I did was by some stinkies.

I bought higher nicotine level juices and that has helped me stop the stinkies. Took me just under 3 weeks after getting my Riva kit to stop completely.

How true, I started with a wee tin box now have 4 shoeboxes full. Not quite a garage-full yet but I'm working on that.
