One of my Spheroids arrived with a very tight bell top and after spending ages trying every screwdriver in the house I found an ideal alternative. The tank filling gadget for TWs Odyssey. Remove the drip tip, push in the TW gadget and now screwing and unscrewing is very easy and theres zero damage to your Spheroid.

I've got a set of those Allen keys from the Pound Shop Krueger . . . either the smallest or next size up works a treat for me on the Spheroid top.

I agree with Perpy a 3.0 Allen key works fine. Their recommendation is a T15 which to my amazement I discovered I had in a set of bits - that of course works as well.

I use a t15 torx driver which works well. I also use a rubber sleeve to grip the body while unscrewing the bell.

I've got some now, it was night time and I was being very stubborn, I must have spent three hours with nothing to show except for a very red raw thumb before I came up with that idea.

Is this a trick question Mr Greigster? I suppose you could shop around and have a look in the 99p shop . . . .

Sorry Perps, I have used that one a number of times and normally get several fast responses to which my reply is "Whoosh" but the vapers here are far too smart

Wouldn't have to go to bed. It wasn't Perps I was trying to catch Dave, she's far too smart for me to catch.
