And that's the problem Freestyler, some of these vendors who are charging rip off rates for postage think if we are happy to be over by the Royal Mail then then why shouldn't they also have a cream off. I only just read the above post from this vendor and in less than 30 seconds, I had the answer to their problems, problems which should never have occurred had they not had £ signs in front of their eyes. Plus I would never purchase from a vendor that takes us for idiots and nor will many others. We have so many vendors that treat there customers superbly and we have a few that don't, we all have a good idea of those that will still be trading this time next year, they will be the ones that get consistently good feedback on forums such as AAEC. Don`t they realise that we talk to each other?

If you look at the E-Liquid prices on our site, there are no £ signs in front of our eyes. Just good Liquid at a good price.
I find your accusation quite unjustified.

Hi, if you don't have stores why the need for a box which makes the package bulkier, most vendors of e- liquid at best shrink wrap each bottle to keep costs like this down, it is i feel an area for vendors like yourselves to keep to an absolute minimum even if it means talking with your supplier and getting rid of the box which should bring the bottom line cost of the product down and possibly the postage, i would hesitate to say but the box is superfluous if you have no retail outlets.

I find your accusation quite unjustified. Have you had a look at the link I posted for postage tubes,I found these within 30 seconds....why didnt you during your research into postage? These can be had for pennies per order and you could post them for 90p and even if you add on for your fuel etc. I would have thought you could save your customers at least £2 on the postage. It would mean that the only losers would be the Royal Mail. You would still make the same profit that you do now and we get to save 2 quid, you get repeat orders and we get to save 2 quid, you get good feedback from customers, and we get to save 2 quid. You are in a very competitive market where it is us the customers, that get to decide who stays and who goes because its us that decides where we spend our hard earned money. I am sorry if you took this personally but my comments were my own opinion about vendors in general, it applies to all vendors that do not go that extra mile for us, the customer. It applies to anyone who in my opinion has not gone out of there way for the customer. I could have been talking about sellers on Ebay or shops within Amazon that decide to offer low prices and excessive postage. Your juices look to be very well priced based on your previous posts but as you will see from not just my post but other vapers in this thread, you will not even get them to look at your site when they find out how much you charge for delivery.

I wish e liquid makers would see the sense in flat bottles If vendors insisted on them from their suppliers, they would have to make them available. Can you not make a load out of old bits of Vamo and some sticky back plastic Robby

I find your accusation quite unjustified. I am assuming you came onto this forum as a Vendor to drum up business, I only spoke out in the first instance because i noticed a trend of people from our forum stating the postage was way too high, so I posted what I thought was advice to lower your postage but in my opinion that advice seemed not to be taken on board, we as potential customers can only offer you these suggestions what you take from it is up to you but at your business's peril.

I'm new to vaping, and dont yet have my 'preferred' supplier. I, and others like me could potentialy be good customers for you. I would not look twice at your site, as I know I can get 4x20ml bottles delivered with free P+P in this packaging. It does not make sense to me to effectively add £1 to each bottle of juice. Sorry.

We at Vape the Ape supply quality e-liquids with FDA and SGS approval. All our packaging complies with UK trading standards recommendations. Thus, making sure our customers have all the information they need. The box packaging we provide allows us to do this to our full potential, it is also essential for us to keep the product away from light which prevents it from deterioration. Our customers are our main priority. We want to make sure that they are provided with the best quality e-liquids as safely as possible. If you do not feel the need for the knowledge and quality of product you are inhaling, then that is your prerogative. Our postage rates are reflective of Royal Mails £3.65 charge for signed for packets, plus the cost of the posting packaging. We hope you continue enjoying your e-liquids, regardless of where you purchased them. Happy vaping!
