(Hope I've posted this in the right place Mods)
Hi all
I'm using the Vision Ego Rainbow V3's (the rebuildable ones). I filled one up yesterday (not a new one) and left it for a couple of hours, standing upright. Came back to find it had completely drained and was empty. As it's rebuildable, what part do you think needs replacing? I'm guessing it could be the metal base. Any ideas anyone. Thanks. (I'm also guessing that if a carto leaks, the problem lies with the seal ,but I could be wrong. Over to you experienced vapourers..................

Carefully take it apart wash under warm water checking you don't crimp any seals or O rings. Then fill it with WATER and leave to stand and see if it leaks. DO NOT OVERFILL go to just below where the wicks enter the atomiser head. If it still leaks get a new one and use the old one for parts.

Was it that the base just wasn't screwed on fully & there was just enough gap for the juice to seep out?

Thanks guys.
It's not a new one but it was freshly washed and dried. All sealed up tightly (but not too tightly) and filled up to max level (not overfilled) so I can only assume the seals go after a while so maybe I need to try a new metal base? Until I know which part is faulty, I don't know which new part to fit or which parts to throw away.

If you fill with water as Des suggested and watch over it you might be able to see where it's leaking from?

If you get a new one you can swap bits out to see where the fault lies. [/quote] Good idea, I'll try that but will fill it with water first to see where it's coming from. Thanks.
