Mine is, well with a bit of drying off a Samsung Galaxy S11 can survive being dropped in a bucket of water lol was only in there for a 3 seconds tops, I got it out pretty quickly, and slowly but surely it has been recovering over the weekend, happened fri afternoon, and is now very nearly back to full health, just the battery charging indicator tells lies at the moment, but I'm sure it will behave or off to the recycling center it will go

I think I read somewhere if you put in a jar of rice, take the battery out leave the back cover off put them all in the jar cover with rice and leave it for a few days. Apparently the rice absorbs the moisture.

I dropped my HTC desire in the washing up bowl a few days ago. Fished it out in less than a second, but it seemed completely dead. Got battery and sim out, turned a hairdryer on it, left it in a pot of rice overnight then in airing cupboard for a couple of days. Seems to be working perfectly now

I think the secret is to make sure it's properly dry before attempting to turn it on or anything! Although this doesn't work after 2 hours in the washing machine on 60

I'll only have it for another few months Phoenix, then it's upgrade time, was eyeing up the note 2 on saturday, it didn't have any prices on display though, just as well really. I won't buy anything if there isn't a price on it, if they can't be bothered to tell you the price then I can't be bothered to buy it lol

Mine survived a trip down the loo and back. I've done that to a couple of phones before, not all survived though, I reckon nowadays phones can survive a dunking a lot better than they used to be able to.
