Yep. Will need a 510 to ego adaptor to use something like a kanger due to the drip well.

Yes definitely register first. They use registration rather than dissie code to bring the price down

To be honest I think they might have sent me the Chrome one instead of the Stainless Steel. If it is I'm not going to make an issue out of a couple of dollars, but I would be a little disappointed. Is there a way to check?

How does the Vamo compare with the Lavatube, does anyone have an opinion? Am considering acquiring a second bat mod, and I quite like my LT, just wondering if the Vamo would be an upgrade or a, er, same-grade I had a Mk1 LT, which was fine, but the Mk1.5, with PWM got more out of the cartos. The Vamo was essentially more of the same but with greater controllability and choice between vaping like an LT (just voltage settings) or setting power levels - the wonderful thing, you set the power level, fit a different carto/clearo and the power level remains the same, but the applied voltage changes so you get good ouput from the carto without hunting for settings for it. If the Vamo fails, I'll happily got back to the LTs, but I'd look for another Vamo, for sure.

Am considering acquiring a second bat mod, and I quite like my LT, just wondering if the Vamo would be an upgrade or a, er, same-grade I had a V1 LT and I do consider the vamo an upgrade. I don't know all the techy stuff, but I seem to get much more consistent vapour and flavour. I would agree with you there. I haven't got a Vamo but I've found a big difference in vaping with VW on the Evic over the VV of the LT. The LT is still great but like all VV devices it can be a faff to adjust the voltage depending on resistance and VW seems to do away with a lot of that Luckily the LT is very quick and easy to adjust the voltage I consider (probably wrongly lol) that VV is about the sweet spot for that atty whereas VW is the sweetspot for you and the atty takes care of itself. I find VW gives a more consistent vape than VV. This is all with the Evic not the Vamo but I assume it's the same thing (VV and VW wise.)

I ordered a Lava Tube last night and then discovered this thread. Visited Vapour Break before hand, but never realised I had to register to the site for the price to come down. Reading what folks are saying here about how they compare has made me a bit gutted now and I'm resisting the temptation to buy the VAMO as well.

No, vaporbreak. I can't afford £50 for a mod. £23 delivered. So what happened to the best ever kit riva from the best ever trusted vendor if anything happens. It's a mod..............Which is a natural progression up from the Riva/Ego battery. Anyone new to vaping needs a good starter base before going for something a bit more advanced.
