Hi all, one of my vivi novas has stopped working on my LT and ego batteries. It's like the battery isn't registering that it is on.. I've noticed tho when I attach it to a 510 to ego adapter and hook it up it is ok. It's also just started happening to a (relatively) new CE5.
Is this the beginning of the end for these tanks?
Cheers

Try pulling the center pin out on the battery ever so slightly.Turn the battery off and tease the pin up with something small and pokey if you know what I mean. mine does it all the time.

HI cammie If you check the bottom of the nova. Look at the screw thread outer ring. You will see a centre post this can screw out a bit, it needs to be just sticking out a little so that it can make contact with the battery centre post. Good chance it may be this if it ins't working on more batteries. Don't screw them down to hard as neil says the centre post can be pushed down slightly. Hope this helps ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

With my LT I always ran a 510 to ego battery with a plinth as my novas always messed around. It'll be the connection not the tanks themselves.

I was thinking it was the tank as it is happening on two batteries, but other CE4s and novas, tanks seem to work on those batteries.
I'll take a look at the nova's centre post and have a go at pushing it down slightly.
Cheers guys

Tried unscrewing it a bit from the bottom - it turns but doesn't seem to actually be moving. Do I need to gently push it down from the top then?
