sweetener and nut flavours

Can anyone tell me please, if you have added a nut flavour to your juice ie. hazelnut, pecan or walnut if you would think it would need sweetener adding as the nut aroma seems to be a bit overpowering. I also find that eating anything with nuts in drys the mouth so just wondered what peoples thoughts are on adding sweetener. I have made some PecanPie and maple syrup it smells very pecanny . I have also made some whisky and caramel which smells quite potent, I think I may have been a bit heavy handed on the whisky flavouring

What does it taste like when you vape it Sue, do you think it needs sweetener?

You can't go by smell really, it's how it vapes . . . . .

do you know Perps I haven't tried vaping it yet I am trying so hard to let my mixes steep the recommended time I know that if I try it and like it all hope will be lost and that will be the end of steeping. It doesn't take much to tip me over the edge . I am going to give it the proper steeping time and then give it a try and add some if it needs it. I get up everyday just to have a sniff and to be honest smost of them smell good enough to drink so

I always use hazel nut in most of my mixes but never added sweetness to just hazel nut . I might tho now have some steeped capella hazel nut i tried today or was it yesterday i can't remember it was a lovely buttery oaty ttaste a little sweetness couldn't hurt it!

Walnut is quite a sweet nut flavour I find, hazelnut less so, but I'd still wait until you try them.

I make any mix at 15ml and usually put in 0.3ml of ethyl maltol as I find it rounds off any edges to the taste, I also add 0.3ml of vape wizard and 0.15ml dulce de leche, although I'm doing one using absinth and I don't think a sweetener will go too well with that. Dave
