Has anyone tried to make it using Cupcake world flavs?
Im sick of going onto different vendors(not having a dig btw)to find the right ingredients and it then showing as out of stock plus i dont want to pay lots of differnet postage charges.
So i am going to order CCW Vanilla, Cream, Custard and Chocolate and see how i get on. Im going to follow the same recipe as PVC but i was wandering could i replace the sweetener with Cream? or is it essential to have a sweetener in the mix.
Cheers Ryan

Beware with CCW Cream ... use sparingly, it's incredibly potent. If you get any on your fingers, you'll smell of it all day ... it's a nice smell though

Saphire made a Vanilla Custard mix using CCW's ingredients Bryson, very nice she said it was I recall. Not having used these particular flavours, I don't know how potent they are so you may need to up your percentages if they're on the weak side.
You may not need sweetener either, worth mixing and trying before you buy any, it can always be added at a later stage.

Eh up Ryan! I've been using these to make a basic but effective VC. 15% CCW Custard, 5% CCW Vanilla. I then add a couple of drops of home-made sweetener (Stevia powder dissolved in ... erm ... I think it was VG!). Works for me - tastes of both vanilla AND custard. Been trying to make a choccy custard using their flavours but haven't managed to get it right yet. If you do, SHARE! PS: I'm going to a gig at the Parish on Saturday. Come along and buy me a glass of pop and I'll bring you 30ml. Be nice to meet you and Mrs Ryan.

I have some CCW Vanilla & Custard steeping currently but smells weak, will leave it another week to see how it goes, but think I will have to add more flavour.
I tried some Caramel Toffee & Cream, Tried it after the equivalent of a weeks steeping (in ultrasonic cleaner)I have had to remix with another 50% of the Caramel Toffee flavouring as it was very weak up to 30% CT with 4% cream now.
The flavours themselves seems very authentic, sure it will come good after playing about.

i made up some CCW Custard and Vanilla, with dash of Raspberry, will agree you will need to add bit more custard it is a bit weak, but all in all saying that i made 100ml last week and is using it now, couldnt wait no longer lol,can really taste the vanilla... but to be honest i may stick to Cappelas custard as its pretty strong compared to CCW custard

Though I've not tried CCW's Custard flavour . . . the only VC that comes very close to Capella's, is TPA's. Infact there's almost nothing between them to my tastes.
Downside is, only TPA in the US stock it.

for a 30ml bottle I use 6ml custard and 5ml vanilla, 1.1ml em. It's pretty nice. Not as intense as Capella.

I trusted your mixing % and went ahead and made 35ml of the stuff last night @ 6mg Does this stuff actually go brown its really clear at the minute, hard to imagine it to change colour lol.

I don't know about CCW's not having used those flavours, but both TPA's and Capella's VC go from a pale straw colour, through to a dark amber. Darker if you leave it longer, although I judge it ready to be vaped at the dark amber stage Bryson.

It will darken slowly, I mixed a CCW Strawberry with CCW cream, that was almost clear (very very slight pink tinge) it has darkened similar in colour to capella VC
The CCW VC mix I have has also darkened in line with the above but the taste is nowhere as strong or as nice as Capella.
I have mixed a Caramel Toffee cream ( in members recipe's) and while ok it is still weak in flavour.
I have added 15% chocolate to a VC mix
15% CCW Chocolate 10% Capell Vanilla Custard 4% Vanilla 1.5% CCW Cream 0.8% DDL
and can hardly taste the chocolate.
I think i will avoid CCW flavours (sold as intense flavours) generally now as most are weak and all have a similar chemical taste that fades slightly with time.

It seems to depend on the nic content - my 10mg mix is quite a dark caramel sort of colour, whereas the 2.5mg 'chain vape' mix is almost colourless. Leave it to steep for a week and your 6mg mix should go a bit darker.

Nic content does indeed make a difference, recently I made 3 batches of PVC, 36/18/12mg . . . this is the difference in colour 2 weeks on: By the end of 3 weeks, the difference wasn't so pronounced, but still there.

Perpetua, do you need to add alter the % flavouring for a higher nic mix? Would you put the same % in a 36mg as in a 18mg?
