Mixing Woes help needed

Just tried again with smaller amount of Flavoring same thing, wall paper paste

Aqueous Glycerine, VG already diluted with water. As cig-eliquid sells.

So does Post Modern , is this not the correct VG to get then ?

Not at all. All it means is it's already diluted for you to use as opposed to neat VG which (if you wish) you dilute yourself.

Any ideas why it turns to paste then Roger but not with the Rum Flavoring ?

Weelll, the obvious one is some reaction between the flavouring and your mix. When you say paste, is it actually about the consistency of wallpaper paste?

There may be an obvious answer, but I've never has this happen, so am a bit stumped. We need someone else who uses all VG and who might have had this happen.

Do you have any PG?

Yes it turns to the consistency of wall paper paste.

I do have PG nic base which i used the menthol flavoring with and which worked no bother however, i think i have an allergy to PG thus trying all VG

If it works OK with PG base then is does sound like some sort of VG reaction. What I meant was, if you have some ordinary PG (not nic base) you could try a slightly higher pg amount.

Easiest answer, go to the chemist, buy some menthol crystals, make your own flavouring (even just add crystals and warm in microwave, a few seconds only until dissolved, that's what I do)

Not in water. Better in PG/VG (harder to dissolve in VG) When I make a mix for OH, I make the mix, add the crystals (a few at a time, they are strong) heat to dissolve. Then try it, if not strong enough, add a few more until happy. Frogster gives a good guide to making a PG menthol flavouring using crystals:

side tracking slightley i have ordered some flavours from CCW do i need to mix these with pg or just stick it straight in ?
