Beat the smoking ban tank kitAnyone have any experience of this kit and this Vendor? Seems like good value??? Want to add to my starter ego kit and this looks like a good way to get into tanks and cartos without massive outlay? Will standard cartos fit this tank? Ta in advance!

It will look very top heavy, it's a standard Ego battery with a 6ml DCC tank and charger. You'll also still need to buy some juice. Only one battery as well so lots of finger drumming while you wait 3 to 4 hours for it to charge.

I'd agree with Des . . . depends how much appearance bothers you Mucky? Tanks this size look better on a Mod of some description really.
A Mini Vivi Nova will be better proportioned on a Ego size battery.

Based on the images on the site and those of the batteries he sells, I thought these 1300mAH batteries looked chunkier than the normal eGo (which I have) and didn't look that out of place. Compare the battery body to the collar that the tank screws into.
I've ordered one anyway do looks like I'm the guinea pig - I did get the link from the approved Vendors list!!!

Also how will this tank react on my eGo while I'm waiting for the bigger battery to charge? I already have some juice Des but just to be safe I ordered some Piña Colada for the nighttime and Cafe Mocha for the morning after! Hoping the tank will unleash the flavour better than the CE4 I've been using!

Yes it'll work fine. I've looked at that battery in your link and it's not a "Ego" battery. You may want to consider getting a plinth so it looks better like THIS it's the "A" type you will need with that size tank. But as it mak not be an Ego connector wait till you get it first before ordering a plinth.

Does it look like standard cartos or have I bought something which is incompatible with everything else?
Always the risk with panic buying before you've properly woken up!! icon_shoppingm

So it arrived today.
Battery is a 510 with (it seems) no way to turn off / on. Nice black rubberised finish but not a fan of gold end caps. Seems to pack a reasonable punch.
Tank is pretty cool. Produces lots of vapor and seals well. Will be interesting to see how this lasts and which cartomisers fit. Nicely machined and alu drip tip is a must!! Deffo prefer the tank to my only other experience - a CE4. More vapour and softer throat hit.
What I am disappointed with is the Dekang juice I ordered with it. The Piña Colada whilst not disgusting is more like tangerine than Piña Colada. Not holding out much hope for the Mocha I've bought either!

I'm not too bothered - it was a cheap kit @ £16 + 20% discount. I'm not sure if I'd trust it to stay in one piece when lying in a golf bag - though I see no reason why it wouldn't. It'll give me a second kit until I can afford a Vamo + batteries + charger!
