Compatibility issues

Relatively newbie when it comes to ecigs, puffed on a 10motives ecig for a 2 months then moved onto one of these just before christmas

I have since been back and bought another one but the 2nd kit atomisers are not compatible with my first kits batteries ie just can suck any air into the cartomiser.

I have been in constant contact with exhale who have been extremely helpful and will sort me out in the end. The have more cartomisers due in but they wont know if they are compatable until they arrive basically.

Anyway, Does anyone know where I can purchase more compatible cartomisers ?

Cant add pictures yet as the attachments are too large.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

sorry you're having problems with your kit! It all should be compatible as they are all 510/ego fittings!

What is the vendor saying about it?

BTW, if you want to add photos you need to do it through a host site such as Photo Bucket

What is the vendor's explanation for this?

Are the clearomisers screwing on but not firing or do they just not fit at all?

Yes, they 'should' be Romelee, but the clearos Debs bought 'should' be fine too  ???

They screw on but you can not draw air into the cartomiser if you look inside the newer one (red mat) you can see that the ridge is angled different to the one on the brown mat

image 3 clearly shows that the ridge inside is different to the one I'm after - one on the brown mat

There probably is some 'modding' you can do to get it working, but I'm not techie enough to know

I'm pleased the vendor is being helpful, but it's not that helpful if he doesn't know if his next batch will fit either!

If these kits are sold as being 510/ego compatible and they're not, you probably have a case for asking for a refund!

I really don't know what to advise. Perhaps some cartos? They should fit on the inner 510 thread!

Thanks for the advice Karma, I'm probably better off sitting tight and waiting for the vendors outcome. I have some 10motive carts and have tried it on the older battery  for some reason they wont work but the catromisers work on the 10motive batteries o.O are the ones at vapeescape different ? (sorry for my ignorance) Also, the 10 motive cart looks a bit silly on a fat battery, is there some sort of adapter that makes those carts look nicer ?
