A&E what a lovely way to spend Sunday afternoon!

I've had agonising back pain since Friday night, all across the centre of my back, pain killers haven't wanted to touch it. It got so bad yesterday that I ended up phoning NHS direct.

Eventually a doctor phoned me and asked me to go to Cannock A&E, didn't have to ask twice!!!

Turns out I'd got a fever which I wasn't even aware of and a serious kidney infection. After 2 sleepless nights it's just started to ease of slightly, thank goodness for strong anti biotics

I appear to be a bit of a walking disaster area just lately what with the sinus infection a couple of weeks back and then that came back last week, now this!

Plus I'm having issues over constant blood tests as my sodium levels are low, I guess it looks as though it's a downhill spiral once you hit 50 LOL!

Thank goodness it was a kidney infection and not a spinal problem. Hope the pills clear it up soon.

Thanks all, I thought it was easing off a bit earlier today, but no, the pain's back with a vengeance, driving me nuts! You're still welcome to place wire orders but I may be a little slower posting than normal, I've not really got anyone I can call on to help me out
