just received my first riva need help charged and filled e juice its crackling can hardly get a draw out of it thanks in advance

What have you got on the top?

You have to keep your finger on the button while you take a draw.

Have a look at Romelee's guide to the Riva allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/thread/19393/riva-1100-step-guide

It can take a few draws to getting it working to start with.

OK, just had a look on UK e-cig cabin's website & I can only find ego-T kits & they all come with clearomisers, similar to the one in the pic I posted.

As Des says, are you keeping the button pressed while taking a draw?

Reading this still makes me blush 9 months on. I couldn't get my Riva going either, wasn't pressing the button, posted on here and the lovely people told me what to do. Promptly did that and got a mouthful of juice.....this time I hadn't screwed the tip on the clearo, just pushed it in !!! Seems a long time ago now but if it hadn't been for this forum I probably would have given up and gone back to the stinkies
