I received mine yesterday. Have fitted an Ego board into it for a little extra protection and to be able to use my unprotected batteries. It fitted a treat into the switch spacer. Now I'm wondering how long it would take to charge an 18650 via USB.

The SB Hotspring will 'melt' should any overheating occur - effectively acting like a fuse - won't using the eGo board mean that thee have a regulated mod too?

I think this might be the ideal first mech mod for a newbie like me, can anyone please tell me the dimensions of it in 18350 mode? height/diameter of body/diameter of the top (where the atty sits) I'm wondering what it'll look like in 18350 mode with a kanger protank

Would it be possible to use the Vision Spinner innards to create a VV mod, with the dial on the bottom to adjust the voltage?I know you can use a kick with an 18490 but if you could use this mod like a spinner and change the battery when needed that would be bloody fantastic.I would be up for mine being done if it is possible and anyone wants a crack at it.

In 18350 mine measures 80mm tall. Main body is roughly 21mm diameter, top tapers in to 19mm. Although there's prob +/- 1-2 mm on my tape measure.

thanks for that mate..I've just been trying to find the diameter of the kanger protank aswell but everywhere I look (even the kanger website) it says "Diameter : 10.6mm" that can't be right. I also just found this topic on a forum (in Polish I think) about the UDT-L which has pictures of the UDT-L with a Vivi Nova and there's quite a significant gap between the mod and the vivi UDT-L threadanyone else having problems with stuff not screwing down all the way?

Mine all screw down flush as well. Think you can tinker with the nova connector and screw it in slightly to reduce the gap.
