Form over Function - i appreciate - but for a tenner i'd rather have a usable mod with threads intact than a few days/weeks of beauty with nothing to show for it after - but i can't fit a new connector

yep I hear you digi I guess the protank (if it's the same as the evod/T3) could be refilled or even re-wicked without actually having to remove the 510 base part that screws into the mod. just hold it upside down and unscrew the tank from the knurled base, rather than unscrew the knurled base from the mod...if that makes sense. anyway.. thank you for the tip about the copper threads, much appreciated.
