Mouth ulcers

I started to get a mouth ulcer when I stopped smoking and went straight to vaping,
what Karma said, keep drinking plenty of fluids.

Glad I'm not the only one! I had three in total, each side of my mouth and at the bottom front. I thought it was down to vaping but carried on anyway as didn't wanna go back to smoking lol. All gone now and not had any since :-)

I too have recently suffered mouth ulcers. Pharmacy recommended Bonjela Adults, which works. I also find the mouthwash Corsadyl helps as well. They are still re-occurring after a month or so, I gave up tobacco six monhs ago. Hopefully, they wil go away soon, I have a sore one on the inside of my lower lip. I too am concerned about any long term effects of vaping-I make my own juice from BP grade Nicotine, PG and Glycerine (no animal fats) plus FDA passed flavouring from the US.

Vaping is the only thing that is different recently so I can't think what else it may be.

There's no way I'm giving up the vaping! I have some bonjela - is there anything else I can do/use?

Are you using Bonjela Adult? Also try Corsodyl mouthwash morning and evening after brushing.

dab undiluted TCP directly onto mouth ulcers 3x daily.. the smell is grim! but it does the trick

I have been Vaping for 8 months, (yippee) during which time I have had a couple of probs, in my earlier days, so to speak, a sore roof of mouth and the occasional mouth ulcer. I do, do hygiene, and I did try extra mouth washers etc which did help.

But I came across by accident, that "Milk" in my case solved the problem completely. Not had any probs for three months or more.

Try a cool glass of whole milk or two. I have posted this before and others did comment positively, one comment also suggested Ice Cream. Now if I were you, I would have a Ice Cream or two, And proberley a flake.

Seriously, drink the occasional glass of milk, when things get bad, think of it as a medicine, swill it around painful areas etc. And if it helps, just add that occasional glass of milk to your every day diet.
