Two months......... Oh dear

I've just celebrated Two whole months without a roll up ..... but the last 24 hours have been pretty hard !!

Nothings happened (stress-wise), vaping equip's working as normal, but I'm typing this with my trainers on ready to go out and buy baccy !!!

Is 2 months a sticky time

Help.

6-8 weeks is a number I've seen bandied around as about the worst for cravings, so you're about there. Resist!

I smoked for 23/24 years, I starting vaping in August 2012. I thought I missed smoking at times but when I smelt the smoke of other peoples fags it smelt vile, I mean reeeeeeeally nasty and put me off. I also feel a lot healthier, my asthma has improved massively and I don't stink like an ashtray!

IF you bought baccy you might not even like it anymore but its not worth taking the risk because you might like it and go back to it so don't do that!

Look at it this way, do you feel healthier? Less smelly? Better off financially? Happier? Things taste better?

There has to be a few of the above that are a yes which should be enough to stop you from buying baccy. It may be worth increasing your nic mg and/or try some other juices, you will find at least one that you love and can't do without. Yes it can take time but its worth it

I am 8/9 months in and the cravings do get easier, wish my life would but hang in there and sell all your shoes.
