Moblee, I must have been lucky because although I've still got half a packet of fags in a drawer and see them every day, I've never had the urge to pick them up, after 8 months. I think it's a 'mind switch' situation. If you can get the right nic strength, and the right juice and a delivery system that suits, you will be the same.

The only other reason for going back to fags, IMO, is the image you project. People are still a little uneasy about seeing vapers, although that is changing rapidly. Well done on resisting, and just say to yourself... "I'm a vaper, NOT a filthy smoker!"

I did try that one puff and only 2 weeks in. You are right - it will be horrible. It was like tipping an ashtray into my mouth. The good thing about it though, is that if I now getting any fleeting thoughts of having a stinkie it makes me go

I had a cig the other day at pub and it still tasted nice to me. I'm not anti-smoking. I just vape because it's a healthier alternative.

Mrs Beardo still smokes analogues, although she's slowly trying the eGo/clearo out more often. I still like a cig from time to time, it's no big deal really to me - I vape for the health and financial benefits mainly
