Its ALL an interesting learning process for sure. The change in flavour between midweek and lastnight was amazing. Now I've got to try and leave it even longer....and mix some more to be ready for after that !!!

Well, just mixed up another 30ml of 16mg AVC (Andy's Vanilla Custard) with the F-Arts flavours I have in stock. Looking forward to trying the Capella ones though!
This won't be touched until mid-April, so should have loads of time to steep!

Lol . . . if you knew me Adam, I have the patience of a gnat in real life!

It's just that I know my mixes will be so much nicer if I do leave them for a few weeks, so it seems a waste of time, effort and supplies to try them sooner.

I've done it in the early mixing days and have either been disappointed or ruined a brew by wacking in more flavouring.

I leave tops on and give the bottles a couple of good shakes a day the first week, but if I forget - then I don't angst.
