trouble with Chinese order

I dont no wot to do. I orderd a DID rebuildable and a phoenix dripper from a certain Chinese vendor. I waited two weeks for my package to arrive. On opening I found the DID had no Alan key
In and the phoenix was no where to be seen. I have mailed them loads with order number return email address etc. No reply wot can I do now??? Help!!! Needed!!!

I bought a mini-DID from vaporbreak last year ... don't use it now so you can have my allen key if what you bought is similar ... you can have the rest of the DID for spares as well if you like ... its missing a screw

EDITED: IF I can find it amongst all my crap !

Maybe not the same but I ordered 3 batteries from a uk coy and was waiting a while, was just about to get on to them and the mrs was down the Post office picking up other vapiphery when posty says to her, oh this one is for you as well, there had been no card delivered when they failed to deliver, hence it had been sitting at the Post Office for a week or two,
