Hi all, a quick question!
I was pondering buying some 350mah egos for when I'm out and about (I have been using a gripper of late, but kinda missing my ego - the gripper is almost too stealthy and can look like I'm hiding something much worse, and it's always good to have options of course!). My question is this - I have a 420mA charger for my 1100mah batteries already, and would this be OK to use on a 350mah battery? I ask because it seems that when I'm searching for answers I have found both people who say that you should never charge a 350mah with a 420mA as the output is higher than the capacity of the battery, and people who say there is no problem is using them, as the ego batteries have built-in protection, and a discrepency of 70mA shouldn't be a problem anyhow! So, does anyone here charge their 350's on a 420 charger, or am I being dangerous?
Another thing, I was planning on putting an order in on zainy for them, they sell them in blister packs with a charger and clearo, but I would hate to think I'm buying chargers for no reason if they arrive and they are the 420mA chargers anyway!
Confused! Any help is greatly appreciated as always!

When I bought a mini ego type battery it came with a 420mAh charger ??? I'd always thought that it was good practice to always use a charger that had less mAh than the battery ??? it's been fine though and I never really leave things charging unattended and it certainly charges quickly

I think there are 400mah mini egos as well, which confuses the matter even more, but I would imagine the 420 chargers wouldnt be too much of an issue on those, if thats what you have? ??? I never leave my batteries charging unattended either, becuase I'm paranoid

Sort of an answer:
I use 18350's in my mods which are 700 mAh, I sometimes charge them at 1 amp or 1000 mA and that does not cause any problems.
