Football Ecig sidewall advertising

Did anyone else notice the ecig advertisement on the sidewall of the England V St .Marino game tonight?

I turned over just in time to see Rooney score goal 6 and decided it wasn't worth watching

I looked up the site advertised and it looked like an overpriced cig-a-like

If there hadn't been so many spammers I may have started Vaping years ago but unfortunately people become hardened to the Junk Mail.

I only tried E-Lites because a girl in the local shop had - no blatant advertising would have swayed me.

They were advertising them in the Wales v England rugby too. I forget which brand but bringing it into the mainstream can only be a good thing. Even if it is only ciga-likes at the moment.

Skycig is advertised at most league games now.

As more informed users of PVs and nic juice, we might be in a better position to criticise these advertisements, but at least the means of Nicotine Delivery is being taken sufficiently seriously now that companies feel it is worthwhile publicising 'e-cigs' at high-profile public events like the ones mentioned above.
If we were to poll the AAE-C membership on how many started their vaping journey with a look-a-like, we might be quite surprised. If it gets people thinking about giving up tobacco, then surely that's a good thing - we can then encourage these new members to try something better!

It wasn't a Criticism of advertising but we know all the pitfalls of cigalike now and it just makes you think who is behind an ecig vender that can afford to advertise at the prices charged for these high profile ad sites

That's quite interesting because I read tonight that the new Telford ground has decided to ban them:
