Gaming - pushing graphics to the limits (Pic heavy)

It's taken me days to get Skyrim running stable with over 200 mods and I'm still not there yet
Thought I'd share with you what I've achieved so far.

Runs at a very good frame rate but has some instability when loading a new zone - there's a 50% chance it'll get stuck in a perpetual loading screen

Running Skyrim with Dawnguard and Dragonborn expansions.
Realistic colours and realistic nights.
Project ENB with SSAO, SSL and Bokah DoF
Enchanced Light and FX
UNP body
Ethereal Elves 
All in one face texture with Navetsea's Body texture with sweaty skin.
Eyes of beauty
Apatchiskyhair
ALittleSexyApparelReplacer with underwear
Immersive Armors for UNP
Full HD textures, everything maxxed out.

I love Morrowind & Oblivion, but can only get about 5FPS with Skyrim

Generally runs Skyrim very well

Some questions kibbster, do you just but the game and play it on the computer or ps3 ect, or do have to subscribe as in wow, is it an online game like cod, where you have the choice to run through the game yourself, or the option to go online with others? is it any good lol and what's the best platform to play it on? cheers andy.

I played EQ2, WoW, LoTR, AoC, SWToR and Guild Wars 2.
Got bored of the monthly payment and grind in WoW, AoC turned to poo when it went free same as SWTor and I lost my password for Guild wars 2 and their security is so tight I can't be bothered to try and recover it.
I just play offline games now which is good with our archaic "broadband" here.

Oh and PC, always PC
Got a PS3 and 360 gathering dust.

Edit: Just realised I didn't answer your question at all lol
Sorry.
It's an offline single player game with no monthly fees and two (quite expensive DLC expansions)
It authenticates and updates through Steam but that's it.
