I have the mother of all hangovers,and the white wine ,stella and bells whiskey i drunk last night whilst out doesn't seem such a great idea now, and to top it ,i have to buy my wife sunday lunch.....you guessed it,in a pub!  |

Serves you right for drinking Bells - I always get a hangover with it, but can drink Stella till I fall over with no I'll effects (that's about 3 pints then  ) But... (I dont like it either) 1/2 pint of guinness down it in 3! Always worked for me, ever since I was a student |

I used to get really bad hangovers, then somebody told me to drink at least a pint of water before I go to bed whenever I'm drunk, and it really does work, no more hangovers. As for a cure, I never found one, sorry... Prevention is better than cure I guess.

The main cause of a hangover is dehydration, which is why alvo`s idea of a pint of water will often work. an extra pint of water will do no harm..............make sure you have a waterproof mattress cover though  |

That barocca stuff is awesome, lots of B12 in there for a hangover, and will get you hydrated too! I always have some in, or a shop own equivalent, its a bloomin' miracle it is!

If it's a really bad hangover the rehydration sachets you can buy for dirohea diahorrea an upset stomach are good! The best shop own make of Berroca IMO is the Boots one, normally on 3 for 2 promo  |

well i am back from a huge sunday roast and managed a pint of ipa,i feel better now,just need a kip  i cant spell that bloody word either karma ! nice idea ,i shall try that next month if i everwhen i drink too much again.... |
