Well i knew it was coming, the other day i felt that little feeling you get, achy bones, woke up this morning and full blown flu, every bone in my body is killing me :'(head is fuzzy, everything tastes like weetabix

I also am fluey and for 1st time ever in my 43 years being sick.
Wonder if it is just coincidence or could it have to do with giving up cigarettes.
I would have thought I was be more prone to sickness smoking

I've had 4 cold since November. Only used to get 1 or 2 a year whilst smoking

just to be sure, is it flu or a bad cold virus thing?

If flu, you look out the window and there is a £50 note just there on the road in front of your house, no way you can go and pick it up!

If a bad cold/virus thing, you may struggle but will manage to get out there and pick it up
