Apologies for this thread, just wanted to check it's not just me.
Since vaping, my snot has become brown, and nasty, and ranges from very light to very dark brown.
I've now tried to stop exhaling through my nose all the time, in the hopes that this proves it was the vapes.

Sorry for the nasty subject, but wanted to check it wasn't just me.

It's the motile cilia in your sinuses and bronchial tubes working overtime to clean out all the crap after being paralysed from years of smoking it's a good sign.

Everyone is different and will have different side effects due to the regeneration of cilia, I currently have a tickly cough with brown speckled phlegm.

 Look here, I've been off the fags for more than two months now and nothing's changed. My breathing is no different, I still have no end-of-smoking cough, my sense of smell and taste haven't improved and I'm not expectorating phlegm or otherwise oozing sticky discharges as the accumulated toxins of a 35-year 30 a day habit flood out. There is no spring in my step and an overall feeling of well-being is conspicuous by its absence.  I remain as unfit and generally knackered as I've always been and crap stays defiantly uncleared.

I feel a bit cheated. When can I expect to gush goo?

I'm not a Doctor oliverb, just read a lot, 35 years of 30 a day was quite a pounding to your body, if after 6 - 9 months there is no signs of improvement I would suggest a visit to your GP. 2 months is still early days, you have stopped smoking tobacco now and that's the main thing

It's probably nothing to worry about, it happened to me on and off for the first 3 - 4 months of vaping, sometimes it was ash black. All's good now, so it should clear up for you given time.
