I had a couple of MT3's and they do use the same head as the T3. Both of my MT3's failed within a couple of days though.

Oh and one is clear and one has the same sort of tube as the evod's.

I have both, the MT3 is the same as the T3 only with an outer sleeve which has a viewing window (like Stu just said, really). They take the same heads, and they both leak a bit! I like the MT3s cos I have them in various colours, which helps remind me which juice is in which.
