You may find the way you "pull" on it affects the throat hit. Try pulling slower than you would a stinkie whilst keeping your finger on the button (it will cut out at 10 seconds), filling your mouth with Vapour, then inhale - careful! or swirl around your mouth and inhale just a bit. Keeping your mouth closed and exhaling through your nose can give a good bit of "nose hit".

I'm new here;) I've tried looooots of e cigs in my life, but few weeks ago I had something really good, so I think it might be helpful if I'll share with you my experience. Few weeks ago I went to Ideal Home Exhibition in London with my friend and we've been approached by nice lady. She gave us new e cig named NEO to try. We've tried both flavours; normal and menthol. They gave us glass of vine, let us to sit with samples and enjoy ourselves. She said that its first touch with customers ever, so it made me fill special;)) The cig looks very stylish and different then others which for me was big plus. The smoke is very smooth and not irritating. I really don't like menthol cigs but somehow I found mint one very enjoyable! The one which we had was equivalent to 60 fags. I just ordered two from the website and waiting on fire to get it! I think it worth to check it so I'm leaving my recommendation. Keep your fingers crossed for my baby neo and me;))))
