when i got to 6 months, i'd saved enough to take my son on holiday for a week. over this last 6 months, either i've become more extravagant in day to day living (very doubtful!) or the cost of living has shot up again as there are no holidays on the horizon  |

just logged in as i thought it was getting on for a year since i last smoked a cigarette and i wanted to check the counter thingy in my sig  i really can't believe how easy this has been (so far). i smoked a 20 pack a day for many many years and i never even entertain the thought of lighting up now. weird but amazing  |

i really am amazed at the way things have turned out. i smoked cigarettes for over 25 years and thought it would be difficult in some way without them. it isn't. i can't say that my health has improved without the stinkies as i have a couple of chronic conditions but i'm actually going away for a week so even though i feel as rough as a bear's at the moment, i'm feeling pretty proud of myself  |

for the last 2 months i've been trying to tackle the weight gain (not caused by giving up the stinkies. its been creeping up for 2 or 3 years whilst my ME and fibro has been bad......my diet never changed but i can't exercise much now. stoopid of me not to adapt the food intake accordingly.....). so, 6 months no cigs AND 10lb lard lost in 8 weeks. |

..........i'm going on holiday. its been 6 months today since i last smoked a real cigarette. i switched to my ecig and once i found a set up and juices i liked, i haven't looked back at all. there has been one time - just one - where i really thought about having a real cigarette but i didn't  anyways, i realised last week that not smoking must have saved me some pennies as i've managed to save enough to take my son to cyprus for a week next month thank you to everyone who helped and guided me during the early days. thank you xxxxx |

It will be well worth the wait floop, Callum's juices are lush! Where abouts are you from? If you're local and in a really tight spot I've got a few juices you can have to see you through Another member of this forum did the same for me and I know how stressful postie stalking can be!! callum kindly re-sent my order and it arrived today - thank goodness!! the stress of no juice is scary and i hope i'm never in that situation where i might think 'oh, i'll just buy 10 cigarettes to tide me over'. |

You're in good hands there floop, callum is a good vendor and highly active on this forum. If there's a problem he'll sort you out I'm sure Unfortunately for our vendors they have to use Royal Mail, so can always be the odd glitch hope so!! i've only ever used 3 different vendors and the first was a disaster as i was mis-sold something but they gave me a refund, the second one i use a lot but i wanted some different juice so thought i'd give health-e-vape a try. |
