Who sells ready made high VG juices? Wanting to try them before I start mixing my own so I can figure the right VG/PG ratio for me and which base to get.

Royal vapour says for use on the short wick nova's. Am I right in thinking I'll need to trim the longer wicks to use higher VG juices?

No, you can use anything. They are probably selling short wicked novas.
