I've had a few phone calls with tina and charlie since I posted this....fab service (top notch in fact) and even refunded me a botched postage charge... and it costs them about £5 to post every dream by courier yet they only charge £2.99....Next day delivery (supposidly - watch this space) from Canterbury to Aberdeen via interlink.... Am well impressed Thankyou charlie and tina  |

I had a rather long discussion with Charlie over on UKV regarding the previous Dream and the problems with the chrome plating on the inside of the juice cone and although he was aware of the problem, he had not seen it first hand.
I initially contacted him to see if he could sell me a SS juice cone but he went one better and said if I sent him my duff one with the poor chrome, then he would replace it free of charge with a new SS one as soon as stock arrived.
I spoke yesterday with Tina at Charliesvapeshop and she has organised the dispatch of the SS version today. Now that is great service from a great Vendor.

Had my delivery details sent this morning to and changed my schedule to have it delivered thursday as i will be out all day tomorrow.I tell you what,absolutely perfect service from this vendor.I posted a carto tank today and it cost me £3.70 for 2nd class recorded >:DTo offer such a good courier service at such a low price is amazing,more vendors should do the same.I will be ordering gear on a regular basis from Charlie's vape shop for sure,real good shopping experience.
