Your Honour, I will be brief, to the point and will keep to the facts of the matter in the hope that the law will recognise my claim for the award of the damages done to my health and mental state.....

On Thursday 18th of April I have received from the above mentioned defendant about 15ml of a highly addictive ejuce going by the name of GVC, which I
knew stood for Grant's Vanilla Custard and about which I have been warned about. Even knowing how dangerous this ejuice is, the defendant posted it first class, well packaged and with cute stickers on the packet (no doubt in my mind in order to divert any possible misgivings), and what is even more unforgiving, WITHOUT any warnings about the side effects of 'using' this highly dangerous liquid, which might affect my mental health, my marriage and my future finances (or lack of!)

It is now saturday 20th April. Two days later. Since that fateful Thursday, I have been on this vile stuff with the end result that I have now become what is commonly referred to as addict. That's not all. My wife is threatening to kick me out of the house once all the 'fog' clears, my bank manager refused me a loan to finance a loft conversion to hold just a few of the 50 gallon drums, and my electricity meter is strangely running very fast, I suspect because of all the batteries that are charging all day.

Your Honour, after two days, I'm left with just 4ml!!!! I've got shakes everytime I look at that almost empty bottle of GVC, I've since learned that it's not possible to order GVC from the official distributor, possibly closed down by police, and I now can't sleep because of the worry as to where my 'fix' will come from.

Due to the stress caused by the defendant who should really be called a 'dealer', I believe it's only fair that I'm awarded full damages equalling 50 gallons
of GVC.

Erm.....there's no point in you receiving 50 gallons comp, as you don't have anywhere to store it. I could help though, but it'll cost you 25 gallons.

Just received an order from gvc.. gave it a try. .. it's got lots of flavour but don't think it's anything too special so put it away but since then I've got real cravings for it. .. How odd
