In terms of performance there is not much in it, the main differences are styling and price.

Yeah the Vamo is great if money is tight, Siegle do some nice mods. I can no longer recommend the Provari until Provape make a VW version.

I suggest you leave the robust on the shelf as and grab something like a vision spinner.
Vamo is a good kit but very long so be warned.
