I could be wrong, that other stuff is 29mm flat..well I'll be jiggered. Quoted perfect for an 18650 battery too.

Height 29 mm

do they turn it around to take measurements and it shrinks a few mm one way ? lol

The circumference of an 18650 battery is pi x diameter 3.142 x 1.8 = 5.65 cm

The circumference of the heat shrink tubing would be twice the flattened width 2.9 x 2 = 5.8 cm

So the tube is slightly bigger than the battery. It all makes sense, doesnt it ???

A Vamo is 2.2cm in diameter so would need a flattened heatshrink tube of (slightly greater than) pi x diameter = 3.142 x 2.2 = 6.91cm Then flattened and the 6.91 is divided by 2 = 3.45 cm wide. So 3.5cm wide flattened heat shrink tubing would be needed to go round a Vamo. Simples
