Although not a lover of menthol cigarette's ( remember St Moritz! ) home brewed menthol eliquid is one of the quickest and easiest 'flavours' to make and is surprisingly good - really refreshing and palate cleaning. You'll need some menthol crystals; cgi.ebay.co.uk/Premium-Chinese-Menthol-Crystals-50g-/140446491317?pt=UK_Health_Beauty_Natural_AlternativeTherapies&hash=item20b34362b5and a PG base as they don't dissolve in VG . . . in 20ml I put a couple of pieces in, leave to dissolve overnight and that's it . . . you can then dilute your mix down further if required with PG/VG. These crystals are quite potent, so a little goes a long way and I'd advise using a separate atomiser with the liquid as everything will taste of menthol otherwise!

Your not kidding there powerful, I remember trying some of these crystals some months back and followed instructions from over on ECF to make some up for someone, driped some into my atty to try it and boiled the atty for a good 15 miutes after and just could'nt get rid of it.

Lol Griz! I always keep a separate atomiser for them, it's amazing how little you need! I couldn't use it as an all day vape, but it makes a refreshing change, especially if you're feeling a bit snuffly.

Well I've been asked by folk over on UKV if I have any Menthol recipes quite a few times so I got some F'art Arctic Menthol which I'm going to use to develope a few different Menthol Tobacco recipes, as well as Sherbert lemon and Cherry Tunes.
I'll have to find a few volunteers to try out the Menthol Tobacco ones as I'm not that keen on Menthol myself.
The Cherry Tunes and Sherbert Lemon are for me though.

Ive always found all the menthol too powerful like it always overrides what else is meant to be in there so say like.

Apologies if this has been mentioned and I have missed it Plastic bottles are permeable and therefore don't store your flavourings and mixed juice for long. Dark glass bottles hold flavour and strength for much longer. I decant my flavours and mixes into amber glass bottles, and put in a cool dark place. This is the rule for storing essential oils, preserves, anything with strong flavour or scent. Thank you Grizwald, I will read your posts many times, and have fun with your recipes

Oh I'd definitely be interested there mate... funnily enough my first order from F'art, which was lost and then resent had the Arctic Menthol in there, so was considering how to best use it... Cherry Tunes and Sherbert Lemon sound fab... Just got some menthol crystals too, and a little wary now after reading some of the posts on here... exactly how much should I be using? Less is more I guess?

Literally a couple of small pieces in 25ml ish of PG Tim . . . incredibly potent, but they do make a lovely Menthol mix.
