Is there a good re-wicking vid out there? I guess it's a dismantle, 2 x 2mm wicks, wrap some wire round and drop one outside grommet one in? Globalbloke (Tim) Sarah (Ratfinkz) did a great video of this here

I suppose because they seem to work so well for so many people, I expected them to be something different down there Is there any problems with the plastic bungs charring as with the Vivi?

I thought about adding to this thread earlier, but thought I'd let it run. I don't understand what's going on? Up in the vaporium, there must be a dozen clearomisers all decommissioned by the arrival of the evod(s). I can't find any serious fault with them. Like the T3 they will start treating you with evil intent if you let them run down too low and they are airy compared to a Vision V3 (which seems to have no extra vent holes), but they have impressed me greatly. I DO have them a little higher on the Spinner (0.2v) and they can require the odd "blow-out" (which Novas never seem to need) but overall.....terrific. Maybe I've been lucky.... ???

I just ordered one after seeing all the glowing reviews and a pack of heads too. .. I hope I like it... otherwise I'll try and swap it if possible.

Looks like I need to buy a new head for it which is not ideal after 1 weeks use. I was hoping that it was going to be an improvement on the T3 but as soon as it started gurgling followed by a mouthful of juice was not a good sign
I will order a new head next time I order some juice from Jason and if that only lasts for a week it's going in the bin which is where the T3 went

Looking at the makeup of the Evod, there must be a physical reason why it's gurgling, are you sure the head hasn't become loose?

If it's gurgling, with mine this usually means there's some juice in the tube. Removing the atty and wiping the metal tubey thing (I dunno what they're called!) with a tissue, then clearing out the drip tip bit with a cotton bud has sorted this out in all but one case where I had a duff atty head.

Putting another piece of wick on top of the coiled wick, then pushing the centre metal stop back on tightly definitely helps stop any gurgling/leaking issues. Flavour from these is good, I was pleasantly surprised.

Good tips those Super-Shiny. I have found that using 2mm wick the same length as the normal wick stops gurgling totally. Odd bit of condensation but only a little. I was getting fed up with the gurgling/flooding and tried replacing the top wick as above, seems to be perfect.
