Maintenance is minimal, I just trim every once every 3-4 weeks, beard trimmer is an invaluable bit of kit! Persuade him by telling him how tough and handsome he looks! Avoid conversation about zz top!

Number 4 every 6-8 weeks. I used to know it was time for a trim when I couldn't light a rollie without the smell of burning hair emanating from my top lip. Not sure how I'll know now I'm a vaper?

Why - shaving is a waste of time -
You do it in the morning, if you're going out for the night, you do it in the evening. You go to bed. You get up, you shave. Yada, yada, yada.

(Mind, I also have dreadlocks to save another pointless task: brushing hair - & to quash any myths, I DO wash it, 2 or 3 times a week )

I hate shaving my face, I don't brush my hair either, just number zero all over, so yes I have a beard and I tend to not play with it by sculpting! Lifes too short

I did get a clean face for a wedding I think 10 years ago.

Have you noticed the amount of vapers with beards is a higher %age than the normal population? I have.

Leave it 2 weeks, and the itch goes away

Given time, the whole beard thing grows on you

Occasionally I don't shave for a week but only occasionally, I do feel dirty, grubby and itchy by then though and feel so fresh and clean when I shave it all off, so a beard isn't for me.
