So just had a shower & trim , feeling nice now so about six months ago I was being lazy and couldn't be arsed to shave when I should have done, this continued into longer terms of not shaving and decided right lets have a go at growing a beard as I had never tried or even thought about growing one before, the need for a shave has only ever been 2/3 times a week at the very most so not your strong distinctive nine o'clock shadow kind a guy, so to date I support what I think is a nicely trimmed beard say 1/2" all round, just nice without being prickly,

So how many of you guys here support a beard and just as importantly why.

Lady's can join in don't be shy.

Lets hear it for beards! Love mine, wouldn't be without it - I keep it pretty short though, I trim it at a #5

Thats not my beard, thats from when I ate loads of green play doh and squeezed my arm

Oliver you should be presented with a medal for supporting a beard for that length of time.

Trim mine @ No 6 , which I would say is about 1/2" ( awaits fly comments from the women ) .

I don't support it. I just leave it alone.

It's easy not shaving. I trim it when it gets unfeasibly bushy and small birds start living in it.

I would say exactly the opposite Jen , mine was grown out of pure laziness and find it no hassle at all, quick 1 min trim.
