I live right by the Bristol Channel (sort of the sea) in "Broadchurch" but not the bit with the cliffs: The town was filmed in 2 locations, Clevedon where I live the paper office, hotel, the main characters houses, including where Nigel the plumber lived, the arcade, church and a few seafront shots. But the Cliffs and beach, police building, harbour, newsagents & caravan park were filmed in Bridport Dorset.

I was brought up about 50 metres from the sea. I think when you are that close you do not appreciate it at the time. It was only when I moved away from home that I realised what I was missing

Don't get out much during the week as I tend to get the lions share of working the late shift, but if I do manage to get out a bit early I scuttle of to the pub for a pint and a chinwag. Being a season ticket holder, I suppose most of my social activity revolves around the football match. I work most Saturday evenings and every other Sunday too, so spare time is at a bit of a premium for me. I've been thinking of going to see that, definately going to go see the new Star Trek when it's released next week Edit No. the week after next. Oh Bollocks! I'll be on lates that week I'm in the minority club Gasper, I f______ing hate football.

Nothing wrong with that mybad, there's a lot of things that others like that I don't care for. It'd be a bloody boring world if everyone agreed on everything.

I don't have a social life really. We don't go out very often. What social life I have comes with the cars. This Sunday we have arranged a run out to South Shields for a seaside fish & chip lunch ( hopefully it will be nice enough to eat outside)

I try and do something once a month, whether it be a run out or just Sunday lunch.

I'm a really sad person Hubby was away overnight last week and teenage DS was out all day and not coming back until 10.30. So total freedom! Guess what I did? Cleaned out the fridge

I'm being dragged kicking and screaming (more like shaking and panic attacks agogo) from my nice house tomorrow to go and do the last bits of paperwork for my wedding ceremony, off for lunch and to stop my mum buying from the old lady shop...she has a tendency to go for old lady clothes and I want her in nice clothes Today me and Mrs OneDay went for a walk along the seafront promenade in the sunshine and bought ice cream at the Italian home-made ice cream shop. Noms it was I used to work in that ice cream shop

living in Sunny Dorset, i sneak off to the Fleet Lagoon to escape in my little row boat, really lucky to live in such a beautiful place, peace, quiet and much contemplation and maybe a little fishing! now if only i didn't have to work so many hours!

My daughter worked in the Cheriton Place one and it's the one we go to for our ice cream

I have a really wide and varied collection of things i like to and places to go. I often enjoy the solitude and beauty of woodlands and countryside. Nothing better on a sunny day with a pub lunch thrown in. On the otherhand i sometimes crave the city life in centrl London. Never miss the fireworks on NYE. Sometimes i like to party till dawn, but other times cosy down in my chair and be a couch potato.
