Had reply from joyetech: Good Afternoon Thank you for your email. We have noted this problem this morning and are currently working on this being a win-zip file once updated on www.joyetech.co.uk This should be available for download in the next 48 hours. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind Regards Stacey Hennigan Joyetech UK www.joyetech.co.ukinfo@joyetech.co.uk Unit 1 Brookmill Complex Branch Road Lower Darwen BB3 0PR You see greigster, they have only noted the problem through persons like myself contacting them and not just accepting what they put out as the norm

A couple of quick Qs Did you need to uninstall the previous version prior to installing this one? Did you install it to the X86 or to program files?

I deleted the old v1.2 and just downloaded v1.3, unzipped it and clicked on the installation file.

Thanks, was just wondering whether or not anyone encountered any problems and was wondering how they were installing. I'll probably get round to it next week- I'm in no rush
